VITUS RAZOR DISC ROAD BIKE CLARIS

Sharing the same compact geometry as the Vitus Carbon Zenium, the Vitus Razor is a sporty, comfortable and durable road bike.

Whether you’re looking for you first road bike, or a dependable Aluminium bike for training or commuting, the Razor disc delivers. Featuring an optimised 6061-T6 Double Butted aluminium frame, with a compact geometry and full carbon fork, the Razor gives you the perfect balance of low weight, speed and comfort.

The Razor Disc features flat mount disc brakes,160mm rotors, and 12mm Bolt-Thru axles. This delivers increased braking performance in all weathers, and a stiffer, more efficient wheel-to-bike connection. Full internal cable routing keeps everything nice and tidy, and protected from the elements.

The tapered head tube with a UD T-700 Japanese Toray carbon fork and carbon steerer result in lightweight, responsive and predicable steering. The Double Butted frame also helps to keep weight down in key areas but has thicker sections where added strength equals enhanced performance. This gives the Razor Disc the perfect blend of flex and stiffness providing a comfortable yet efficient ride.

With the addition of dual bottle mounts and full mudguard mounts for front and rear, this really is a bike that can ride whatever the conditions.

The Razor Disc is built with a Shimano Claris 8 x 2 Speed compact groupset to give you a wide range of gears to tackle the fiercest hills and the steepest descents. Stopping power is courtesy of ultra-reliable Tektro C510 mechanical disc brakes and Vitus’ own 700c road wheels with 12mm Vitus Switch thru-axles. These wheels ensure disc brake alignment is perfect every time and are paired classy looking Vee Road Runner 28c tan wall tyres.
